Employers

Help employees reach the right support earlier, without turning wellbeing into surveillance.

MyStera is designed to help employees recognise meaningful change and access existing support such as wellbeing services, EAP, occupational health, insured care or primary care. Employers receive privacy-preserving organisational insight, not identifiable individual health profiles.

Employees use the MyStera app, which connects the wearable devices they already own to MyStera's own signal set, including face, voice, 6-lead ECG, nutrition and social context. ProfileIQ, the intelligence layer inside MyStera, interprets those signals against each person's own baseline and connects the result to the wellness programmes you already run.

The employer problem

You already fund good support. People reach it late.

Absence, burnout, presenteeism and attrition costs accumulate while EAP, occupational health and private medical benefits stay under-used, because people do not recognise change early or do not know which door to open.

Use case

From a benefit nobody opens to a next step that arrives at the right time.

MyStera sits alongside your existing provision. It does not replace EAP, occupational health or insured care; it helps a person recognise change and reach the route that already exists for them.

01

Fits existing benefits

Support routes are mapped to the provision you already hold, so nothing new needs procuring to run a pilot.

02

Consent stays with the employee

Participation is opt-in, per-source and withdrawable. Declining has no employment consequence.

03

Reporting is aggregated

Organisational views use minimum cohort thresholds and never expose an individual health profile.
